Business Development & Sales Achievements:  Within one year of taking on a new sales/BD role (from September 2023 through present), I have acquired five new clients and have been awarded six projects to the collective sum of $3,540,000 for Poltech, a company which previously had no known presence in the building envelope construction industry.

•   Owner/developer MD Carlisle is a new client relationship that I formed and was awarded the 611 Broadway LL-11 LPC façade repair project with a total contract sum of $2,557,810, along with the opportunity to bid other projects.

•   General contractor/construction management Walker Ridge is a new client relationship that I formed and was awarded:

•   30 Pheasant Run architectural sheet metal rain screen cladding and coping installation for a ground up residential project with a total contract value of $99,820.

•   312 Maujer new roofing (IRMA & conventional BUR) and architectural sheet metal rain screen cladding and coping installation for an art gallery/restaurant retrofit project with a total contract value of $516,717.

•   Property management company Brown Harris Stevens is a new client relationship that I formed and have been awarded 8 E 83rd St LL-11 façade repair project with a contract sum of $294,395 along with the opportunity to price other projects.

•   Owner/developer Bettina Equities is a new client relationship that I formed and have been awarded 211 E 73rd St LL-11 façade repairs, roof replacement and leak repairs project with a total contract sum of $88,994, along with the opportunity to bid other projects.

•   Owner/developer Rockrose is an existing relationship forged during my tenure with CANY.  Rockrose Senior Vice President of the company has brought me to help with existing historic window rehabilitation.  First phase of existing window and hardware removal for storage is complete ($35,424 contract) and we have the opportunity to provide second phase window rehabilitation, and façade rehabilitation.

Rain screen façade solutions company Cladding Concepts International is a new client relationship that I formed and have become one of their top non-union installers for pricing installation of façade rain screen projects (new construction & retrofit) for projects up to 200,000 SF
