LAP-POOL DISASTER

At the client’s insistence (and budget), I was asked to save the existing roof top lap pool and solve chronic water intrusion issues. After extensive water testing and probes, I designed an action plan and managed the construction effort that saved the “Million Dollar Listings” apartment below from further damage.
